Every night at the same time a dog goes speeding down my street and then a second later a buggy/scooter thing (the type the elderly use to get around) follows. it's very bizarre, but I guess the dog and owner have fun with it.
I can't wait to get one of those scooters. I'll sneak up behind people who are blocking supermarket aisles just standing chatting, then I'll blow the supe loud horn on them.
